The heart behind my Backyard Sessions is capturing the moments that unfold both inside and outside your home — the anticipation at breakfast before playing in the snow, the hurried excitement of getting ready to make magical memories, and the inevitable dash back indoors to warm up with a cup of hot chocolate. As someone who deeply believes that home is so much more than the walls you live in, I hope to walk you through my creative process with intentionality and ease as we work together to capture this unique season of your life with depth and personality.

Our planning process is designed to feel detailed yet simple. I take time to listen and learn about your family so I can thoughtfully structure our time together with care. During your session, my curiosity about the people you love and the things you enjoy doing together guides where I lean in and how I gently direct your family with ease. After our time together, you can expect a gallery where a meaningful thread ties each image together, telling your story in an authentic and cohesive way.

Here’s My process

After your inquiry, I will answer any questions you might have and we will set a date! 

You will fill out a detailed questionnaire where I can get to know your family and we can create a session that reflects the love and joy you all share with one another.

We will meet at your home and create magic together through movement, connection, and just being together.

I am intuitive by nature and will direct your family naturally so that the images you receive are both beautiful and meaningful.

Within 2-3 weeks a love-soaked gallery will be sent to your inbox for viewing.

You will be able to download high-resolution images to your computer and hard drive. Next, you can use your print credit and select prints and albums that can fill your home with archival and tangible memories.
